They did not stop the whole time, were extremely slick, professional and had a good system in controlling those queuing up and also dealing with some slightly challenging teenagers at the end. The whole operation was brilliant and I will definitely be promoting your service again. I just wanted to email you to say thank you so much, to you and your team, for organising the 100ft obstacle course for our two Summer Spectacular events.

There wasn’t as many children which came to the free events, but we still managed to have about 80 children come through on each event day. The children that did come said that they enjoyed it a lot and the feedback was fantastic !!

I just want to give a special mention to Tom (both days), Dave (Saffron Walden) and the other gentleman (Dunmow) who manned the obstacle course for the event. Such lovely, welcoming guys, who did a great job with the children. They deserve praise for the work they did at the events.

Hi All. Can you please pass on to the manager/boss of KBL how great the guys were that set up the inflatables at our event yesterday at XXXX school in Buckhurst Hill (I'm sorry I realise in all the chaos I didn't even ask them their names). I had cleared the arrival time with the Headteacher and the Caretaker numerous times but when your guys arrived a teacher had taken her class down to the field to do a PE lesson and refused to move! So this delayed them being able to set up. But they were so kind and accommodating about it which really helped a stressful situation for me! Once she finally got off the field they had to get all the inflatables off the trucks and quickly get the trucks off the field and out of the school before all the children arrived. They had about 10 minutes to do this and worked so hard and quick and got it done. They really went above and beyond. A shout out in particular goes to the guy that stayed at the event (sorry again for not knowing his name I feel terrible!) and worked really hard to keep the generator going. And when he realised it wasn't going to last, another one quickly arrived. Then the two of them packing up worked really quickly and were just a pleasure to work with.

Also thank you to you for responding so quickly to all our queries and helping us with sorting everything out. We won't hesitate to recommend KBL to others. The event was so successful that I think we'll do another and will definitely come back to you when we do! Thanks again, Michelle.

Your guys worked in the heat, then the rain to provide the stuff on time and were all very polite and chirpy! What I thought was going 2b a disaster in the pouring rain turned out to be a huge success. All the kids said it was the best party they'd been 2 and said it was even better because it was raining, so still a great selling point for having inflatables regardless of their ages and weather. I will be recommending you to all the mums whose kids now want parties exactly the same and will also suggest that the venue adds you to their list of suppliers once they establish themselves a little more (as it is a relatively new hall).
